Who You Are:
Are you passionate about selling marketing media solutions? Do you have an affinity for consumer electronics and smart homes? We are looking for an experienced Sales Personality for Dealerscope and Connected Design.
What You’ll Do:
- Attract new business
- Management of acounts
- Responsible for part of the overall sales revenues
- Prospect and develop key relationships to build and maintain revenue
- Develop effective sales proposals and sales solutions
- Conduct client sales meetings and presentations designed to move the sales process into an agreement
- Provide sales pipelines & revenue forecasts
- Cold call new clients
What You Bring:
- 5 years + Experienced media sales
- Experience in the consumer tech or smart home industry with your own network
- Proven record of building new customer relationships
- High understanding of all digital marketing platforms including video, online, mobile and social
- Experienced in working with a professional CRM

Who You Are:
Are you passionate about journalism? Do you have an affinity for consumer electronics and smart homes? We are looking for an associate editor for Dealerscope and Connected Design to start asap
What You’ll Do:
- Research, report, and write blog posts, feature articles, reviews, news, Q&As, and other articles for both the website and the print magazine.
- Write and compile editorial newsletters for the magazines, in tandem with other editors.
- Assist with social media outreach and posts (producing and writing).
- Conduct interviews for podcasts, Insider Talks, videos, and other multi-platform content.
- Read Audiomag articles and pitch-in with other audio initiatives.
- Attend and report on press events, trade shows, etc. if asked
- Assist editorial team with administrative tasks
- Help with researching, reporting, proof reading and fact-checking for any content.
- Assist with and produce video and audio for social media and website as necessary, as well as produce and gather visual assets for "Unboxed" and other videos.
- Help with production of and SEO optimization posts, along with any other editorial CMS work.
- Research and take part in what is going on in the consumer electronics/smart home/interior design industry.
- Take part in weekly editorial meeting; take part in other meetings as necessary.
- Assist with any miscellaneous request from the Editor-in-Chief
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism.
- Personal interest in consumer tech and smart home technology
- Experience with WordPress preferred.
